All coffee products sold through Velour Coffee Roasters are described as accurately as possible. Product descriptions, tasting notes, and imagery are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the natural nature of seasonal, small-batch roasting.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities, decline orders at our discretion, and update pricing at any time. Prices are listed in USD. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or there is a verifiable fulfillment error on our part.
Monthly subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis from the date of your first order. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations after this window will take effect on the following billing cycle.
We ship orders within 48 hours of roasting, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions. Velour Coffee Roasters is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. International shipping inquiries may be directed to [email protected].
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened coffee bags. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
All content on this website — including copy, photography, design, logo, and branding — is the property of Velour Coffee Roasters and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Velour Coffee Roasters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
